I would definitely pledge some bucks to a website that organized all landlords and property management companies in NYC. Awesome idea, but I feel it will never happen. There is no incentive for rental property owners to help a project like this. Rentals in NYC are at such a premium that renters have little room to be choosy. If the demand (and thats a very big if) ever fell for rental properties in the city, then a reputation management system that employs a database like this could be a valuable selling point for respectable landlords looking to charge more for their property.
